Meet Receptel, a hospitality and front-office specialist that’s been bringing a people-first approach to businesses across Belgium since 1993. From welcoming guests to managing switchboards and supporting workplace services, their focus is always on delivering a personal and professional experience.
When it came time to furnish their new Antwerp office, they knew they wanted something that reflected who they are as a company: warm, welcoming, and conscious of their environmental impact.

A space that matched their values
Receptel was immediately drawn to the circular concept of renting refurbished Ethnicraft furniture, and together we created an interior that fits both their values and day-to-day needs. From the start, the goal was clear.
They planned to rent with the intention to buy using our flexible lease-to-own service. Our rental concept fit their values, and the furniture fit their space perfectly.
Creating a functional layout
Furnishing an office that feels both professional and welcoming can be a challenge. From the very beginning, Alexia Thierie, one of Live Light’s Account Managers, worked closely with Receptel to guide the process. She helped shape the layout and made sure the furniture fit both the space and the way the team works.
Using Rayon, a digital planning tool, Alexia created a detailed 2D plan with all the rental furniture in place. The plan matched Receptel’s vision and the way their team works day to day, so they followed it from start to finish without hesitation.

From lounge to meeting rooms
For their Antwerp office, Receptel chose a mix of refurbished Ethnicraft designs from the Live Light collection. The lounge includes the Jack sofa, Boomerang coffee table and a Nomad Kilim rug to create a cosy and welcoming spot for guests. In the dining area, they went with the Bok extendable table, Torsion table, Osso stools and the Stairs sideboard for easy team lunches and casual chats.
In the office and meeting spaces, Receptel opted for Bok adjustable desks, Futu mesh office chairs, Billy drawer units and the Mikado meeting table. Softer touches like the N701 sofa and Barrow poufs add comfort to the workspace, making it feel both practical and relaxed.

Receptel loved the design, but it was the concept behind it that really clicked with them. Each piece had been refurbished instead of discarded, which fit perfectly with their values around sustainability and thoughtful design.
