Furniture that fits
the way we live today
the way we live today
live light is on a mission to make premium furniture affordable for all
As part of the Ethnicraft group, our foundation stems from more than 25 years of experience in the solid wood furniture design and manufacturing industry. This partnership makes our mission possible as we have full control of the (re)design, production, distribution, repair, remanufacturing and recycling processes. By maximizing the product life span, we can offer great value and quality, while minimizing pressure on our natural resources.
With a live light subscription, you are also contributing to the circular economy!
Traditionally, economies have been linear by design: materials are harvested, processed and disposed of when the product is no longer needed. There is no collaboration to maximize the value of products. In a circular economy, the loop is closed. So quality products are sustainability sourced and built to last, continuing to be reused whenever possible, reducing waste and environmental impact. For this reason we will only offer Ethnicraft products or products from suppliers that aim for the same goals.
With more than 25 years of joint experience as part of the Ethnicraft Group, we decided to launch live light and make the Ethnicraft story a circular one.
One in which we have full control of our products' life cycle. One in which we minimise the pressure on natural resources by maximising the product lifespan. One in which we are offering affordable design options to those who want it, whenever they need it.
Enjoy life, live light!

We believe in the timeless beauty of solid wood
In a world where trends change from one year to the next, we want to create designs that will last for generations. Our timeless designs associate well with different styles, while our solid wood is strong and ages incredibly well with time. The ultimate noble and renewable material, all of our wood is sourced from responsibly and carefully managed forests.
Because fast furniture is an environmental fiasco.
Each year, Europeans throw out more than 10 million tons of furniture and furnishings, according to the European Environmental Bureau. Only a small percentage is recycled, thanks to the diversity of materials in most items—upholstered furniture and mattresses are particularly hard to clean and reprocess. As a result, more than 9 million tons of wood, metal, glass, fabric, leather, and foam waste ends up in a landfill.
With live light it's never been easier to create your ideal interior for a low monthly price.
