Every office project is different. Some companies are looking for a long-term furniture solution, while others need the flexibility to adapt as their business evolves. That flexibility was exactly what made furniture rental the right choice for this project with Flexas.


To present one of their available office spaces to prospective tenants, Flexas wanted to create a warm, fully furnished environment instead of an empty office. A thoughtfully furnished workspace helps visitors immediately understand the potential of the office and imagine themselves working there. Instead of purchasing furniture for a temporary setup, they chose to rent.

        The office was furnished with a carefully selected mix of iconic Ethnicraft designs, creating different zones throughout the space.

        In the lounge area, the N701 modular sofa creates an inviting place for informal meetings and moments of relaxation. The Elements floor shelf and Elements side tables add both functionality and character, while maintaining an open and timeless look.

        The lunch area is centred around the Bok dining table and Bok bench, two of Ethnicraft's most iconic designs, known for their clean lines and solid oak craftsmanship.

        In the outdoor area, the Sienna modular sofa demonstrates the versatility of modular furniture. Thanks to its adaptable configuration, it can easily respond to changing layouts and evolving workplace needs.

        Together, these timeless pieces create a workspace that feels warm, professional and immediately usable.
